Broadway Combo combines acting with dance! This class will offer more specific dance techniques in both tap and jazz, along with developing each student’s acting skills. (In order to teach both tap and jazz techniques, singing will NOT be included in this class.) Students will perform selections from the musical Descendants 3 ON STAGE in the Semester Showcase.

Student Ages: Grades 4 – 6
Dress Rehearsal: Saturday, May 3, 12:30 – 1:45pm
Semester Showcase: Friday, May 16, 6:30 pm
Semester Showcase Location: Sand Creek High School Auditorium
Showcase Production Fee: A production fee of $60 will be charged on April 1st. Production fees will be discounted for families with multiple students or multiple classes ($45 for a second class or student and $25 for the third, with a maximum of $130 per family).
Showcase Tickets: Tickets are not needed to attend the Semester Showcase so families can invite guests to attend the performance without cost!
Costumes: Students will be required to provide their own costumes for the show. Most costumes can be created from items around your home or from Goodwill.

A 5% discount will be given if semester tuition is paid in full at the time of registration.

Students who have a military parent qualify for a 10% discount.

*Students may use only one discount per class and all discounts will be applied to the equal or lesser value class.
Elyse began dancing at the young age of four and has been dancing ever since. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual and Performing Arts from the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs in 2011. Elyse has been a dance instructor for ten years and has directed numerous dance productions including How the Grinch Stole Christmas, The Lion King, and The Christmas Letter! She has won awards at statewide dance competitions, including Best Choreography, Entertainment Awards, and Best Costume. She loves sharing her passion for theatre and dance with her students and is excited to be working with ACT & ACT II!
