Student Drop-Off
ARRIVING AT THE THEATRE
- When you arrive at Sand Creek High School, you need to enter through Carefree Circle North.
- Do not enter through Pony Tracks. There are multiple parking lots accessed by Pony Tracks. Don’t go there.
- You will enter from Carefree Circle North. Look for the bus lane on the Carefree side of the school. You may enter IN the bus lane or just PAST the bus lane.
- There will be a purple sign (shown here) that says “This Way” along with some balloons. That is the entrance just past the bus lane for the school.
- You will be following the drive towards the large stadium.
- When you enter that area, you’ll see a small parking lot to your left. Park there.
- Since only 1 class is rehearsing on the stage at a time, there should be room for you to park in that lot UNLESS there is a school event going on at the same time. (We are not given that information.)
- IF there is a school event and the parking lot is full, you can drop off your student and then park in one of the parking lots accessed through Pony Tracks.
STUDENT DROP-OFF
Once you’ve parked your vehicle, you’ll need to walk your student INTO the backstage entrance.
You will see another purple sign that says, “Student Drop-Off” along with some balloons. Enter through those doors and you’ll see a sign for “Actors Found Here.” That is where you’ll check-in your student.
Remember to arrive ON TIME! We are not able to hold the dress rehearsal start time for late arrivals, so please plan carefully to be there on time and in full costume.
