Grades 4-6
Students entering 4th-6th grade are invited to register for these camps. 

Multi-Camp and Sibling Discounts

In order to enhance the development of our young actors, we offer a 10% discount for each additional camp a student takes. Our camps are configured in such a way that offers many opportunities for students to take multiple unique camps throughout the summer. We also offer a 10% discount for each additional sibling who participates in a camp. (Discounts will be applied to equal or lesser value camps.)

If you are eligible for a discount AND wish to pay in full, please register and pay the deposits for each camp at this time. In the registration form, you’ll be able to alert us and we’ll send an invoice for the tuition balance with the discounts applied, including the payment in full discount.

Ever wonder how people can act, dance, and sing all at the same time? Interested in seeing if musical theater is for you? This camp will focus on using acting skills while singing and dancing within musical theatre. Along with learning new skills and playing fun theater improvisation games, the students will prepare a medley of choreographed songs from Seussical to perform during the last day of camp!

Times:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Performance: Camp Showcase video will premiere on our YouTube channel at 6:00 pm on Friday, June 5, for families to watch together at home!

Class Limit: 10 Students (as per current guidelines)
If guidelines change to accommodate additional students, the maximum class size will increase to 14. 

Instructor: Madison Falkenstine 

Tuition: $285 (Due at registration)

Costumes: Students will be required to provide their own costume for the show. Most costumes can be created from items around your home or from Goodwill.

Food: Students should bring 2 snacks, a sack lunch, and a water bottle each day.

If ACT has to cancel camp due to COVID-19,  you may transfer your student to an alternate camp (if available), use your tuition as a credit towards a fall or spring class, or request a full refund.

This camp will offer more specific dance technique in both tap and jazz, along with developing each student’s acting skills. (In order to teach both tap and jazz techniques, singing will NOT be included in this camp.) Students will perform musical selections from Cinderella at the end of the camp week.

During this fun-filled week, students will develop their acting skills through direct teaching, exciting improvisations, and preparing a play. On Friday, the students will perform their play during the last day of camp.

The students will be working on the play, Surviving Gilly’s Island.

Surviving Gilly’s Island is about a group of unfortunate castaways who have been marooned on an island for many years. But what’s this? A film crew and contestants from “Out Last,” the latest hit reality tv show, invade this Shangri-la along with their own brand of competitive mean-spiritedness. Has the world changed so much since our heroes were stranded? Can they adapt to the strange new ways of today’s television ‘stars?’ Who will survive Gilly’s Island?
