Action Dance: Grades 4 - 8

ACTION DANCE: Selections from Hercules

Hercules, with help from friends, must learn how to use his strength to defeat a series of foes and trials.
Students will perform a sequence of short scenes and several dances, while learning skills of dance technique, prop usage, stage safety, and simple tricks and stunts. The music and story are adapted from “Hercules.”  Action dance combines the basics of stage combat, aero dance, parkour, and age-appropriate wholesome hip hop to create awesome fake battles onstage.
