This will be a fun-filled class full of dancing, singing, and acting. Musical Theatre is a class filled with exploring, learning, having fun, being creative, working together, and performing. Students will learn aspects of the theatre and what it takes to develop a character that is believable on stage and will prepare acting and musical selections from Trolls World Tour to perform ON STAGE for the Semester Showcase.

Semester Showcase Location: Sand Creek High School Auditorium
Showcase Production Fee: A production fee of $55 will be charged on April 1st. Production fees will be discounted for families with multiple students or multiple classes ($45 for a second class or student and $25 for the third, with a maximum of $125 per family).
Showcase Tickets: Tickets are not needed to attend the Semester Showcase so families can invite guests to attend the performance without cost!
Costumes: Students will be required to provide their own costumes for the show. Most costumes can be created from items around your home or from Goodwill.

Musical Theatre & Dance Instructor
Harriette Saide is originally from Nashville, TN, where she received a BA of Fine Arts from Vanderbilt University and trained with the Nashville Ballet. She has performed in musical theatre and stage productions around the world – such as the Broadway national tour of Oklahoma! choreographed by Susan Stroman and the Asian tour of Cinderella starring Lea Salonga. Some favorite memories include show contracts with Tokyo Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line and the Disney Store NYC. Before moving to Colorado Springs in 2016, Harriette lived in China where she was a band singer at hotels, clubs, and special events.
