Come shine with vocals and dance in our Vocals with Dance camp! Since singing in theatre isn’t just standing in one place, we will focus on developing singing with good support while dancing. We’ll work on developing solid vocal technique, along with tips for caring for your voice, and keeping it in tip-top shape! The week will culminate with students performing musical selections from Into the Woods ON STAGE for family and friends to enjoy. Put on your dancing shoes, bring your voice, and have fun with song and dance!
Times: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Camp Size Limit: 18 Students (Full Camp)
Food: Students should bring 2 snacks, a sack lunch, and a water bottle each day.
Camp Showcase: Friday, August 2, 1:15 PM
Showcase Location: Will be held at Colorado Springs Christin School (CSCS) in Colorado Springs.
Showcase Tickets: Tickets are not needed to attend the Semester Showcase so families can invite guests to attend the performance without cost!
Costumes: Students will be required to provide their own costumes for the show. Most costumes can be created from items around your home or from Goodwill.
Payment in Full: $365 (Due at registration)
Summer Camp Refund Policy:
If a student is withdrawn from Summer Camp BEFORE May 1st, the tuition will be refunded minus the $100 non-refundable deposit.
If a student is withdrawn from Summer Camp after May 1st, no refund will be given. However, if ACT is able to fill your spot with another student, then ACT will refund the tuition less the $100 deposit.
Military Discount*
Students who have a military or veteran parent qualify for a 10% discount.
Multi-Class Discount*
We offer a 10% discount for each additional camp a student takes over the summer.
Sibling Discount*
We offer a 10% discount for each additional sibling who participates in a camp over the summer.
*Students may use only one discount per class and all discounts will be applied to the equal or lesser value class.

Lee Ann Soulvie is currently a full-time choral and piano teacher in Colorado Springs, and has been teaching voice, choir and musical theatre for almost 30 years! She grew up in Illinois, where she began performing at a young age in voice, dance and theatre. She majored in Musical Theatre from Millikin University in Decatur, IL and received her Masters in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy from Webster University in St. Louis. Her life long passions for performance coupled with teaching have brought many rewarding opportunities along the way for her and her students. She has performed as a choral soloist, appeared in many musicals, operas, directed/choreographed numerous musicals for children’s groups through adults, and owns High Note Studio where she teaches privately.
