Musical Selections from Frozen

Ever wonder how people can act, dance, and sing all at the same time? Interested in seeing if musical theater is for you? This camp will focus on using acting skills while singing and dancing within musical theatre. Along with learning new skills and playing fun theater improvisations, the students will prepare a medley of choreographed songs and acting scenes based on the storyline from Frozen to perform ON STAGE for family and friends to enjoy! 

Times: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Camp Dates: July 28 – August 1, 2025

Camp Size Limit: 16 Students (1 Opening Left)

Food: Students should bring 2 snacks, a sack lunch, and a water bottle each day.

Shoe Recommendation: Black Jazz Shoes

  • Camp Showcase: Friday, August 1, 1:00 PM 

Showcase Performance:

Summer Showcase: Friday, August 1, 1:00pm

Showcase Location: Will be held at Colorado Springs Christian School in Colorado Springs.

Showcase Tickets: Tickets are not needed to attend the Showcase so families can invite guests to attend the performance without cost!

Costumes: Students will be required to provide their own costumes for the show. Most costumes can be created from items around your home or from Goodwill.

Payment Due in Full: $380

Summer Camp Refund Policy:

If a student is withdrawn from Summer Camp BEFORE May 1st, the tuition will be refunded minus the $100 non-refundable deposit.

If a student is withdrawn from Summer Camp after May 1st, no refund will be given. However, if ACT is able to fill your spot with another student, then ACT will refund the tuition less the $100 deposit. 

Tuition Discounts:

Military Discount*

Students who have a military or veteran parent qualify for a 10% discount.

Multi-Class Discount*

We offer a 10% discount for each additional camp a student takes over the summer.

Sibling Discount*

We offer a 10% discount for each additional sibling who participates in a camp over the summer.

*Students may use only one discount per class and all discounts will be applied to the equal or lesser value camp.

Class Instructor

Alaina Stroble was born and raised in the Colorado Springs area and started dancing and singing at a young age. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre with a Minor in Dance from Colorado Mesa University, along with training in Classical Piano and Violin. Her performing experience includes Opera (A Midsummer Night’s Dream, A Hand of Bridge), Musical Theater (Newsies, CATS, Mamma Mia, Beauty and the Beast, 1776), Film (Peaches, Snap, MODS), Dance (The Nutcracker, Swan Lake), Stage Plays, Music Videos, and Vocal Showcases. She had worked with performing companies from Grand Junction to Denver including High Desert Opera (Dorothy – The Wizard of Oz), Factory Five-Five (Luke/Ares – The Lightening Thief), Dance Art Media of Littleton, and Village Arts of Colorado Springs. Some of her more “behind the scenes” roles extend to Directing, Choreography, Stage Management, Set Building, and Musical Composition, with one of her original songs being featured in GhostLight Ensemble’s most recent production One Last Final Thing to Say, which was awarded Silver for Best Play in The Gazette’s Best of The Springs (2023). She is honored to be part of the ACT team, and can’t wait to see you in class!
