Semester Showcase Information
IMPORTANT SHOWCASE REMINDERS
- Students need to arrive by 30 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR SCHEDULED SHOWCASE.
- Student drop-off will be the same as the dress rehearsals at the backstage entrance. All students MUST be dropped off backstage.
- With many families arriving at the same time, the small lot near the backstage entrance may be full. After you check your student in backstage, you are welcome to park in one of the large parking lots accessed through Pony Tracks.
- If you park in the small parking lot, you can enter the theatre through the Theatre Entrance (next door to the north of the backstage entrance.) Our purple “Theatre Entrance” sign will be outside that door.
- Due to the number of students in the backstage area, the doors into the theatre from the check-in hallway will NOT be open for use. You will need to enter through the Theatre Entrance mentioned above.
- If you park in one of the other lots, you may enter through the main doors of the school. When you enter the building, walk straight towards the back of the school to the Theatre Entrance.
- Since we have multiple shows, the theatre doors will be closed until that group of classes has finished. Once their group is finished with their showcase and they leave the theatre, you are welcome to enter and choose your seats. It is a large theatre, so there is plenty of room for everyone!
SHOWCASE INFORMATION:
- A Showcase consists of 3 classes performing back-to-back.
- Each Showcase lasts about 75 minutes long.
- Students will stay backstage with us until the end of the LAST performance in the group (children under 6 can be picked up right after their performance).

- In Your Parent Portal (Click on the class name, then View Resources.)
- On Our Website (It is listed on the page where you registered.)
- In the chart below (Find your child’s age group and regular class time.)
Arrival Information – Very Important!
Students MUST arrive in full costume by 30 MINUTES before the start of the Showcase. You must arrive ON TIME! We can’t stress this enough. If your student is late, they may miss their show.
Once you check in your student, parents will need to walk around to the theatre entrance (marked with our sign).
BEST NEWS OF ALL – NO TICKETS ARE NEEDED! Please bring as many friends and family as you’d like!
