In the event of inclement weather or poor road conditions, classes or rehearsals may be cancelled for the safety of our students. Cancellations due to weather will be posted on our website: actcolorado.net. Many times, the weather may be dangerous in the mornings, but by class/rehearsal time, road conditions are fine. A decision will be made by 2:00 pm regarding any cancellation of evening activities. If class/rehearsal is cancelled for any reason, an email will be sent to all students. Updates can be found on ACT’s website as well as on our Facebook page.

Even if ACT remains open, parents should make their own choices as to the road conditions from where they are driving. If they choose to keep their student(s) home, please enter the absence in the Parent Portal on the website.

Students are encouraged to access their songs and dances via the Parent Portal (under Resources) for extra practice at home.

Please Note: ACT does not credit, refund, or pro-rate tuition for classes cancelled due to inclement weather.
